The north section of the Lee's Hill community contains subsections within, including Troon North at Lee's Hill, The Fairways at Lee's Hill, and Lee's Hill North. Each of these sections feature different home types typically ranging from 2,300-4,000 sq. ft., with larger homes spanning up to 8,000 sq. ft. in the private, gated Fairway's at Lee's Hill section.
